The Louisiana Technology Transfer Office (LTTO), established in 1990, is a main component of the Louisiana Business & Technology Center (LBTC) in Baton Rouge and a technology transfer office at the NASA John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi with a presence there for over 27 years.
