The Louisiana Technology Transfer Office (LTTO), established in 1990, is a main component of the Louisiana Business & Technology Center (LBTC) in Baton Rouge and a technology transfer office at the NASA John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi with a presence there for over 27 years. The LTTO is designated by the Governor’s Office as the official entity for support and to administer the SBIR-STTR Program in Louisiana. LTTO assists small technology-oriented businesses, university faculty, entrepreneurs, and others with identifying/preparing/competing for federal R&D grants.
