FreeOvercoming Obstacles As a Small Business is a panel discussion focused on issues that small business (100 employees or less) face in three different areas. The panel of experts will discuss how to overcome obstacles in: (1) Attraction, Retention & Recruitment, (2) Revenue, Sustainability & Strategy, and (3) Reputation & Company Culture. The panelists include (1) Mark Mouton – Director of Business Retention & Expansion with Lafayette Economic Development Authority, (2) Chris Ciesielski- Managing Director of NFP Corporate Services, La, (3) Corey Jack- Owner/Principal Consultant of Jack & Associates, LLC, and (4)
Kathryn Mobley – Chief Operating Officer of United Way of Acadiana and moderated by Jillian Dickerson. The panel discussion is one session of the Executive Series presented by Acadiana’s Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM). This is an event open to the public and free, but registration is required.
