Topic: Business Plan
This training will be held in Thibodaux at the Bayou Region Incubator. It includes an introduction to create a customizable guide called a business plan to help entrepreneurs and small business owners start and grow their business and to prepare to respond quickly and recover from disruptions.

A business plan is much more than a few pieces of paper. It is your roadmap to success. The plan assists you in considering your entire business at once, maintaining consistency in planning, and in the execution of your business model. A comprehensive, focused, well written business plan enables you to control your business and its potential for success.
This seminar covers the parts of a thorough business plan and:
• What is a business plan and what is it used for?
• Defining your mission statement and purpose
• Cultivating an advertising strategy
• Defining your target market
• Valuable resources to help accomplish your goals
