Lincoln Parish Library is a service institution that seeks to inform, educate, entertain, and culturally enrich the lives of all people, from early childhood to senior citizens, through the use of books and other materials, technological innovations, facilities, and professional services.

Primary Services:
-Books, eBooks, DVDs, Blu-Rays, magazines, newspapers, or digital audiobooks available for check out
-Meeting rooms with modern communication technology for community groups, organizations, and regularly scheduled library programs
-Study carrels, tables, and comfortable chairs to use for reading or studying
-Study rooms 
-Free wireless Internet access
-Research databases
-Genealogy research
-Specialty events and activities for readers, including the LPL Readers Club, author visits, adult summer reading, Book-Tails, and Book Nook
-One-on-one appointments for patrons needing any level of instruction on computers, tablets, phones, etc
-Basic photocopying
-Children’s programs: 1000 Books Before Kindergarten, GOAL – Grade One At the Library, Reading Adventures, Crafternoon, Summer Reading
-Teens programs: monthly game night, crafting programs, cooking programs, annual Zombie Prom, teen summer reading, and after school casual time with games, puzzles, books, and friends
